Coach Lindsay is the owner and founder of L.A. Gymnastics and Fitness. She is the main coach for the floor, beam, and bar. 

Lindsay has 14 years experience coaching and 27 years experience with gymnastics.

Coach Emma specializes in preschool and level 1. 

She has 3 years of dance and gymnastics experience. 

Along with gymnastics being Emma's passion she also enjoys sewing, cooking, making bracelets and baking.

Emma is great with kids as she is the middle child with two siblings.

Coach Doris specializes in Parent & Me as well as Preschool classes. 

She has been in the gymnastics for 30 years.

Doris is no stranger to interacting and helping kids; she worked in the school district for 27 years and has two kids of her own along with grandchildren. 

Doris plays many roles throughout the gym and has been at L.A. Gymnastics for 14 years.
